ABOUT

At Simply Just Be, we support the individual by meeting them where they currently are emotionally, psychologically and developmentally. It is simply about meeting you where you are, allowing the child or youth to "simply just be" themselves, which then provides a foundation for a therapeutic relationship on which to build. From such foundation, change and growth can occur.

Our principal therapist is Angie May Zappala . She is a published Author, Counsellor, Play Therapist and Behaviour Consultant who is committed to improving the emotional and mental health outcomes of vulnerable individuals within our community.
